Trevian leases new headquarter facilities to Musti and Mirri

Musti and Mirri’s head office has relocated to new premises in Käpylä, Helsinki during the autumn. The lease was signed in the spring, after which the space of little over thousand square meters was rebuilt to suit tenant’s needs and wishes. The new head office is close to the Käpylä train hub at Mäkitorpantie 3, and the property is under the management of Trevian Asset Management. This lease also completes the long-term development project for the property. The development included a complete upgrade of all the building systems as well as a conversion of the space from a single-tenant space to a well-functioning multi-tenant property. In addition to Musti and Mirri’s headquarters, another larger tenant is Omnitele Oy. The remaining of the space houses the restaurant Dylan Kottby, a Fitness24Seven gym and several smaller office users.

“We are really happy with the outcome; the space is exactly what we had been looking for our new headquarters. Excellent location next to a large public transportation hub, combined with an easy access from all main highways will guarantee that the facilities will function well even in the long term.
Cooperation with Trevian and the project management organization worked out smoothly throughout project and, above all, an ambitious timetable was completed as planned, “says Musti and Mirri’s store manager Ville Reunanen. Also, the landlord’s representative, Tatu-Pekka Koivupuro from Trevian Asset Management, is excited about the project and the new tenant. “Musti and Mirri was elected in 2016 as the best place to work in Finland. We are very pleased that they found their new headquarters through us. They suit perfectly at Mäkitorpantie 3 and this concludes the development project of the property as all the facilities are now leased.’

The project was interesting but also challenging. From day one, it was clear that Musti and Mirri wanted unique and high quality new headquarters. This, combined with the tight schedule made the project challenging. The results turned out to be excellent and were completed within the schedule, thanks to a good cooperation between the project management team, very strong tenant participation and a high-quality contractor.
Both the Trevian Asset Management and Musti and Mirri would like to thank all those who contributed to the project. Special thanks to project managers Ilkka Niska and Timo Loman at Kontoret Konsult Oy as well as to Krister Andersson at Medark Oy and Minna Aalto at Timo Viikari Architects for the interior and architectural design of the space.
