”We are very pleased to execute this transaction with Pioneer Property Group and to bring a new investor to the Finnish real estate markets. This is the first large scale portfolio transaction in Finland consisting solely of daycare assets and we are satisfied that we have succeeded in creating an investment product attracting international investors by building up a portfolio of good individual assets” tells Maria Söderman, Portfolio Manager at Trevian Asset Management Oy.

CBRE and Roschier have acted as advisors for the seller.
