Trevian Care II Ky acquired four day care properties

Trevian Care II Ky, a real estate equity fund managed by Trevian Asset Management Oy, has acquired four day care properties on 25 September 2014. The properties are located in Kirkkonummi, Kerava, Hyvinkää and Oulu.

The acquired properties are the first day care objects in our fund and thus diversify our portfolio. The properties comply well with our investment strategy as they have good locations in growth cities and they produce long-term cash flow“, tells Maria Söderman, Portfolio Manager at Trevian Asset Management Oy.

The strategy of Trevian Care II Ky is to acquire Finnish real estate used by care sector, day care and other public services and the fund aims at building up a portfolio of 140 M€. The fund is backed by Finnish institutional investors.
