The Helsinki Neo-Renaissance Palace Erottaja2 Opens for Business
The extensive renovation of the Erottaja2 neo-renaissance palace, owned by BlackRock and managed by Trevian Asset Management, is nearing completion. The offices, restaurants (food and beverage), and other business premises within the building are already filling up with exciting businesses. For Helsinki residents, the historic property will offer, among other things experiences a wide range of design and restaurant experiences.
Erottaja2 has been transformed into a modern business premises respecting the building’s history and architectural features. The property includes high-quality and user-orientated office space solutions for small, medium and large companies. Erottaja2 is located in a sought after area of central Helsinki, next to Diana Park, on top of the hill leading down towards Esplanadi. BlackRock purchased the building in 2018, and BlackRock’s local partner, Trevian Asset Management, is responsible for the development and leasing of the property.
Erottaja2 consists of three integrated buildings developed at different times and in styles from New Rennaissance to Art Noveau. Externally ornamental details cover the exterior walls and statues support the corner marker. A variety of details, such as frescoes, arches, pillars, double doors, and tiled stoves decorate the interior.
