BlackRock appointed Trevian to develop the lease operations for Aleksi 15, a prime office and retail property in Helsinki. Drawing on proficiency in retail and office leasing, Trevian transformed this iconic location into a modern urban space, balancing historic charm with sustainable, ecological features. The property offers a mixed-use setting, with high-street retail on the ground floor and flexible office spaces starting from the second floor.

Aleksi 15’s prominent location has made it a landmark for nearly 150 years. Long-term tenants, some headquartered there since 1930, contribute to the building’s rich legacy as a hub of commerce in the heart of the city.
