LEASING MANAGEMENT

The right tenants for the right spaces.

Leasing management

Every vacant space has a direct impact on investment performance. Effective leasing therefore requires more than marketing available space – it takes a clear strategy, active market engagement and disciplined execution.

Trevian manages the entire leasing process, from identifying and approaching potential tenants to negotiations, move-in and ongoing tenant engagement. Our aim is to secure the right tenants, maintain strong occupancy and support the long-term performance of the asset.

Leasing management

Successful leasing starts with a clear strategy

Every asset requires a leasing strategy tailored to its market, positioning and investment objectives. We assess demand, the competitive landscape and target tenant profiles to determine how each asset should be positioned and brought to market.

Rather than waiting for enquiries, we actively identify and approach potential tenants through our networks, targeted prospecting and close cooperation with leasing agents.

Our leasing management services include:
leasing strategy, market analysis and tenant mix planning
tenant acquisition and prospecting
leasing marketing and market visibility
coordination of leasing agents
lease negotiations, contracting and KYC
coordination of tenant improvements and handover
leasing performance monitoring and reporting.

We also ensure that each asset is presented effectively in the market, with up-to-date leasing materials and visibility that reaches the right target audiences.

Leasing management

The right tenant
strengthens the asset

Successful leasing is not simply about filling vacant space. The right tenant contributes to the asset’s performance, positioning and long-term attractiveness.

We assess prospective tenants, carry out KYC procedures and consider relevant sustainability factors as part of the leasing process. Lease terms are negotiated to support both a successful tenant relationship and the asset’s long-term commercial performance.

A considered approach to tenant selection helps manage risk, support stable cash flow and build lasting tenant relationships.

Leasing management

Leasing continues beyond the signed agreement

Signing the lease is only one stage of the process. We coordinate tenant improvements, handover and move-in to ensure a smooth start to the tenancy.

From there, we maintain an active dialogue with tenants and continuously monitor the asset’s leasing position. We manage lease renewals and upcoming lease events proactively, while providing investors with regular reporting and market insight. This allows us to anticipate changing needs, respond early and support tenant retention and strong occupancy over time.
