ELIXIA, the Finnish branch of SATS Group, the leading provider of fitness and training services in the Nordics, is set to move its headquarters to Move in Helsinki in early 2025. This relocation will strengthen ELIXIA’s partnership with the office building managed by Trevian Asset Management. The new headquarters will be located in the same building as a large fitness center that reopened after extensive renovations in September 2024. Move’s occupancy rate has increased significantly despite the shift towards remote work altering the space requirements for many companies. This increase is largely attributed to the building’s comprehensive renovations and focus on promoting well-being.
The ELIXIA fitness center, located within the Move premises, has been completely renovated, providing a fresh new look along with expanded and modernized facilities. In addition to improvements in the gym and cardio areas, customers can now enjoy new equipment, including Cycling bikes, and a wider variety of group exercise classes, such as Indoor Running. The updated facilities also offer childcare services, improved lighting, and advanced sound technology, making the center even more user-friendly.
– ELIXIA Pitäjänmäki provides our customers with a wide range of exercise opportunities. We offer nearly 100 group exercise classes each week, which is an exceptionally high number. Thanks to effective collaboration and excellent facilities, we will also relocate our head office to Move’s premises, says Aleksi Virkkunen, Country Manager of ELIXIA Finland.

For Move’s corporate clients, ELIXIA’s services are readily available, with group exercise classes providing an energetic way to stay active during the workday. ELIXIA is the largest user of Move’s premises, and there has been significant growth in its customer base since the renovations. Additionally, Move’s occupancy rate has increased notably following the extensive renovations of the office building, even in light of the changes in space requirements due to remote working.
