Wuorion talo
Trevian partnered with Schroders to renew the architecturally significant Wuorion Talo in Helsinki CBD. Acquired in 2015, the property, previously SEB’s Finnish HQ, needed a complete overhaul. The redevelopment plan included a new office wing and converting the inner courtyard into lettable space. Challenges included delays in the zoning change process and a complex project management contract.
Trevian, as local asset manager, oversaw the project from planning to leasing. The renovation was completed in 2020, with notable tenants from law, finance, and consulting occupying the space shortly after completion, meeting business plan targets.
