Trevian renewed Tullintori’s concept as part of a significant commercial development project, converting second-floor retail spaces into offices and services. The new tenant mix focused on food & beverage, daily services, specialty stores, and leisure and entertainment. Active local asset management engaged the community and key stakeholders, ensuring the concept addressed the needs of a growing area with a long-term vision.
The project achieved BREEAM In-Use certification, while visitor numbers grew by over 100%. Tenant and customer NPS scores increased, and occupancy rose by 35%, positioning Tullintori as a dynamic, future-ready destination.
