Trevian partnered with Nordika to lease and modernize an entirely vacant business park. Initially built for Nokia, the five-building property had an inefficient floor plan for multiple tenants. Trevian renovated the buildings to modern standards, created a business campus with premium services, and introduced Finland’s first WELL certification.
A unique “comfort zone” was developed for tenants to relax, exercise, and socialize. These actions helped increase occupancy from 0% to 80% in two years. Despite the challenging sub-market, new leases, with 5-10-year terms, were signed at €228 per sqm per year, supported by high-quality services and strong market positioning.
