Trevian advised AXA on the residential conversion of the former Kesko HQ. The rezoned building in a prime Helsinki location faced challenges including office-to-residential conversion risks and coordination with other developers. Trevian secured a more efficient building permit, increasing units from 51 to 65 with higher €/sqm prices.

The project resulted in 65 high-end residences, a 670 sqm grocery store with a 15-year lease, and 50 underground parking spaces. Trevian also managed the construction selection, negotiated a Design-and-Built contract, and supervised the turn-key project, while overseeing apartment sales and the grocery lease.
