Trevian acted as an advisor to Swiss Life Asset Managers in the transaction of Skanssi Shopping Centre in Turku and is also involved as a significant investor. Trevian is responsible for the commercial management, leasing and development of Skanssi. Commercial management is focused on tenant relations management, environmental responsibility and strengthening Skanssi’s position as a vibrant shopping destination and service hub.
