The fund acquired a multi-tenant property called Järvenpään Emalikukka on 28 November 2017. The property is located in fast developing Pajala district of Järvenpää city close to city centre and railway station.

Emalikukka has transformed from industrial into a diverse multi-use property. The surrounding area of the property today is mostly residential. Anchor tenant of the building is Temal Oy, which is the leading manufacturer of enamel products in Finland.

“The asset is unique and we are very excited to start working with this architecturally and historically remarkable building occupied by many interesting users.” states Risto Aro, Fund Manager at Trevian Funds AIFM.

The purchase supports the fund’s strategy to invest in strong cash flow assets with an active management approach.
