The seller is AKR Tuotto II Ky, a real estate equity fund managed by Auratum. The properties have been completed in 2012-2013 and are used as elderly care homes with long-term leases. The properties are located in H\u00e4meenlinna, Lohja and Kaarina.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Our portfolio is consisting of ten assets after this acquisition. We are very satisfied with the deal as the acquired care properties are cozy and well managed.
