The investment commitments of the fund exceed 55 M\u20ac after the second closing and the fund is backed by Finnish institutional investors.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><i>\u201cWe are very pleased in the strong interest in our fund. The raised capital allows us to build up our property portfolio to a size exceeding 100 M\u20ac and we are actively targeting new investments to the fund\u201d, <\/i>tells Maria S\u00f6derman, Portfolio Manager at Trevian Asset Management Oy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/b><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Trevian Care II Ky was launched in June 2014 and the strategy of the fund is to acquire Finnish real estate used by the care sector, day care and other public services.
