The properties are located in the Helsinki Metropolitan area as well in other fast growing urban areas in Finland. The properties are currently leased to S Group\u2019s and K Group’s retail stores, the largest property being Citymarket Savonlinna.<\/p>\n
The transaction price was little over EUR 34 million, corresponding to a yield of about 6.0 – 6.5% depending on the location of each property. Trevian\u2019s Retail Funds book a sales gain of more than EUR 10 million in the transaction, and hold retail properties for more than EUR 110 million after the transaction.<\/p>\n
