The properties are located in Klaukkala, Nummela and Lahti and they are leased to a private day care operator.<\/p>\n<p>\u201dWe are very pleased with our new investments as the acquired properties fulfill well our existing day care assets and our total portfolio, in which all the properties are located in Helsinki metro-politan area or other Finnish major cities and growth centers\u201d tells Maria S\u00f6derman, Portfolio Manager at Trevian Asset Management Oy.<\/p>\n<p>Trevian Care II Ky was launched in June 2014 and the strategy of the fund is to acquire Finnish real estate used by the care sector, day care and other public services.
