The objects are new buildings and are located in Kerava, Vantaa and Espoo. The properties in Kerava and Vantaa are under construction and the aim is to start up the Espoo project before the end of this year.<\/p>\n<p>\u201d<i>We are very satisfied with the new purchases of Trevian Care I fund. The acquired properties comply with the fund\u2019s investment strategy because they have long-term lease agreements and they are located in the Helsinki metropolitan area, where there is &nbsp;increasing demand for care services and nursing home properties\u201d, <\/i>comments Portfolio Manager Maria S\u00f6derman from Trevian Asset Management Oy.<\/p>\n<p>Trevian Care I fund\u2019s target size is more than 200 M\u20ac. The aim is thereby to create the largest real estate equity fund specializing in Finnish care property sector. The portfolio will be built up by acquiring additional care properties or portfolios from the market.
