The portfolio is managed by Trevian Asset Management.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company continued to align its assets with local market demand while improving efficiency and sustainability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Our focus is on continuously developing our properties to serve tenants and local demand. At the same time, improving energy efficiency and sustainability is essential to securing strong long-term returns and maintaining the attractiveness of our assets, says <strong>Anni Tenhunen<\/strong>, Portfolio Manager at Trevian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Stable operations and continued customer engagement<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Operational performance remained strong. <strong>Occupancy stood at 92.1%<\/strong>, supported by active leasing and tenant engagement. <strong>Visitor numbers increased by 2%<\/strong>, and <strong>tenant sales grew by 1%<\/strong>, reflecting steady demand across the portfolio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tenant satisfaction remained at a good level (<strong>NPS +31<\/strong>), supported by continuous dialogue and improved communication. Agore also contributed to the vitality of city centres through local events and initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sustainability supporting performance<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sustainability is integrated into Agore\u2019s asset management approach, supporting both efficiency and long-term financial performance, particularly through energy cost savings and improved asset competitiveness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the year, ESG integration and target-setting were strengthened through a double materiality assessment. Progress is reflected in both environmental performance and external benchmarks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agore achieved a <strong>4-star GRESB rating (85\/100) <\/strong>and expanded<strong> BREEAM In-Use certifications<\/strong> to <strong>98.3%<\/strong> of the portfolio at \u201cVery Good\u201d level or higher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Environmental performance improved further:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Carbon footprint reduced to <strong>10.8 t CO\u2082<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Renewable energy share reached <strong>100%<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recycling rate increased to <strong>63.55%<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A key example of combining commercial and sustainability objectives is the hybrid power plant at Lanterna, which improves energy efficiency while supporting long-term cost control and emission reductions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Active development and outlook<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Agore continued to develop its portfolio to strengthen competitiveness and future income potential. At Lanterna, a major repositioning project progressed with tenant changes initiated in 2025 and continued alongside broader commercial development in 2026, supporting future rental income growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 The transformation at Lanterna highlights our active approach to asset development.
