The agreement integrates an adjacent development site into the broader investment structure, significantly increasing the overall scale and long-term capacity of the project.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The expansion adds approximately 60,000 sqm of development land, strengthening the platform particularly in terms of infrastructure readiness and power availability. As a result, the combined area forms a more robust and scalable foundation for large-scale digital infrastructure and energy-intensive operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Nordics have emerged as a key destination for digital infrastructure investments, driven by access to reliable power, competitive conditions and a stable operating environment. In this context, the Oulu region is increasingly positioning itself as a high-potential location for new capacity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 By combining these development areas, we are able to create a unified platform that emphasizes redundancy, availability and scalability. This provides operators with a highly competitive environment.
