Trevian Asset Management has appointed Mika Alanko as Head of Trevian Real Assets. The company is accelerating the development of its infrastructure business across Finland amid growing demand for data centers and energy assets. Alanko will assume his role on 1 June 2026 and play a central role in its continued expansion.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The appointment supports Trevian\u2019s strategic expansion into infrastructure, with a focus on digital infrastructure, energy solutions and social infrastructure. The company initiated its first data center projects in 2024. In 2025, Trevian further strengthened its position in social infrastructure through the acquisition of Helsinki Arena (currently Veikkaus Arena).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Infrastructure is one of the most attractive and fastest-growing asset classes today. The appointment of Mika Alanko is an important step in executing our growth strategy. Alanko joins Trevian from Roschier, Attorneys Ltd., where he spent over 20 years as a Partner. He has extensive experience in complex cross-border transactions, corporate structuring and private equity funds, as well as operational expertise from his role as CEO of a property development company between 2022 and 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Infrastructure plays a critical role in shaping future societies. Data centers, energy solutions and social infrastructure combine investor return objectives with essential societal needs.
