Trevian Asset Management has achieved strong leasing success at Plaza Business Park<\/a> in Vantaa, near Helsinki Airport. The office buildings Hehku and Pilke have attracted new tenants from a wide range of industries, including Lapp Automaatio Oy, Finland\u2019s leading expert in providing  automation and electrical components for the mechanical engineering and process industries, and the Finnish office of Danish energy solutions specialist Emaldo ApS. In addition, Orkla Care Oy has renewed its lease on the property. The assets are owned by a fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners<\/a>, while Trevian is responsible for asset management and leasing in Finland.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Plaza Business Park continues to attract a diverse tenant mix, including WAGO Finland Oy, Lapp Automaatio Oy, Wetteri Plc, Vantaa and Kerava Wellbeing Services County, LapWall Plc, Flovi Oy, Toliko Oy<\/strong>, and Emaldo ApS<\/strong>. Orkla Care Oy<\/strong>\u2019s lease renewal further strengthens Plaza\u2019s position as one of Vantaa\u2019s most attractive business locations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
