The project demonstrates that the best workplace solutions emerge when an asset manager and a space user work together to create sustainable, practical, and user-oriented results.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A shared goal: Bringing everyone together<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the years, Consti Group has grown through multiple acquisitions, and its various local business units had long operated in separate locations across Tampere. The need for a new workplace solution arose when the company decided to centralize its Pirkanmaa operations. A similar consolidation in Helsinki had already improved synergy between business lines and, as a result, enhanced customer service quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Close cooperation between our business units strengthens our promise to provide comprehensive service to our customers. N35 was the natural choice of location \u2013 some of our units were already based there, and its position by the Tampere bypass is ideal for us. Logistics work smoothly, there\u2019s plenty of space, and the area\u2019s services fit our needs perfectly, says Olli Haapio, Director, Customer Relations and Project Development, Consti Korjausrakentaminen Oy.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trevian-managed N35 had available premises immediately adjacent to Consti\u2019s existing offices. This made it possible to expand into a familiar environment and tailor the facilities precisely to user needs.<\/p>\n\n\n

Consti is Finland\u2019s leading repair and construction services company \u2013 and therefore also a demanding client. The new premises had to meet both technical and functional requirements: sufficient office, parking, and storage space; adaptability; comfort; and sustainability \u2013 along with the potential for future expansion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 We are professionals in workplace transformations ourselves and knew exactly what was needed \u2013 and what wasn\u2019t. We needed a partner who spoke the same language. The solution: A flexible and sustainable workplace project<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Trevian helped develop a plan in which Consti\u2019s existing premises were expanded into the adjacent, previously vacant office space. The facilities were redeveloped where needed, combining Consti\u2019s own implementation expertise with Trevian\u2019s support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new spaces incorporate recycled materials, energy-efficient solutions, and even furniture from dismantled sites. The result is a work environment that is modern, practical, and sustainable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 The outcome reflects well the shared values of Consti and Trevian \u2013 responsible, hands-on construction, Haapio describes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Collaboration built on shared determination<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The project\u2019s planning and implementation progressed in phases throughout spring 2025. During the process, Trevian demonstrated exceptional commitment and flexibility, even when the market environment presented its own challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Communication was excellent. We called each other when needed \u2013 even on weekends \u2013 if decisions had to be made. There was no \u2018us and them\u2019 mindset, but a shared determination to get the project across the finish line. Trevian\u2019s project management and supervision partner Joscon<\/a> also demonstrated exceptional flexibility and a solution-oriented approach \u2013 going well beyond professionalism, Kuoppam\u00e4ki notes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The result: A modern, collaborative work environment<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Completed in July, the new premises are spacious, user-centric, and modern. Each of Consti\u2019s units has both dedicated and shared areas; soundproof meeting rooms and break spaces improve concentration, and the modern storage areas support efficient daily operations. The use of recycled materials and energy-efficient lighting further highlights the project\u2019s sustainability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The property also houses a lunch restaurant and several other businesses, making N35 a genuine hybrid property where different operators complement one another.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 This is more than just an office for us \u2013 it\u2019s a place where our expertise and values are visible every day. And it\u2019s great that this was made possible by a partner who thinks the same way, Kuoppam\u00e4ki adds.<\/p>\n\n\n
