Trevian Asset Management Oy has implemented an organizational restructuring that will take effect on October 1, 2024. This restructuring brings significant changes to both the responsibilities of the management team and the organizational structures. The reorganization aims to strengthen Trevian’s strategic direction, improve operational efficiency, and better respond to the changing needs of the market and clients.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The roles and responsibilities within the management team have been defined as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Elisa Loitto<\/strong> has been appointed Head of Asset Management Sales<\/strong>. Loitto is responsible for the sales of asset management services and client relationships, developing strategies that support the growth of the organization\u2019s asset management and customer experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jussi Raitaniemi<\/strong> has been appointed Head of Asset Management Operations<\/strong>. His responsibilities include the operational management of asset management projects and the continuous development of Trevian’s business operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minna Jussila<\/strong>, CFO<\/strong>, expands her role to include the duties of Chief Sustainability Officer<\/strong> (CSO), promoting the development and implementation of Trevian’s sustainability strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kim S\u00e4rs<\/strong> continues as Head of Investment Management<\/strong>, responsible for advisory services, and Chief Compliance Officer<\/strong> (CCO), responsible for developing regulatory practices and risk management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tiina Kaakkolahti<\/strong> continues as HR Director<\/strong>, focusing on the strategic development of human resources management and strengthening the organizational culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The leadership responsibilities for various real estate sectors are divided as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jenita Kokkoniemi<\/strong> has been appointed Head of Logistics & Industrial Team<\/strong>. Kokkoniemi is responsible for leading and developing the logistics and industrial team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anni Tenhunen<\/strong> has been appointed Head of Retail Team<\/strong>. Tenhunen focuses on leading and developing retail teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Helena Kangas<\/strong> has been appointed Head of Office Team<\/strong>. Kangas is responsible for leading and developing the team focused on office spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For internal services, the Head of Technical Team, Hannu Tamminen<\/strong>, continues to be responsible for the technical team. Ville Aikala<\/strong> has been appointed Head of Financial and Analytical Team<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
