The Village Chief model

We have defined local knowledge and local presence as essential competitive advantages for us”, says Kari Kolu, CEO of Trevian Funds AIFM. “Experience has shown us that a local person in charge (Village Chief), who is on a daily basis taking good care of our properties and our tenants, leads to higher customer satisfaction, better cost-efficiency and a good economic outcome, thus ensuring a steady and secure cash flow for our unit holders”, CEO Kolu states.

Trevian Funds AIFM also has fruitful cooperation with several external partners. However, when a critical property mass is reached in a certain geographical area, an in-house person in charge (Village Chief) is the preferred operational model of Trevian Funds AIFM.
